LS Retail is searching for a talented** Systems Specialist to join our Partner Operations team.**

Partner Operations managed the daily business with our 380 partners from around the world to make their life easier, simpler, and faster. To enable partners to do more self-service, in ordering and maintaining their customers we are developing core systems integrated into our financial system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to be ready for our future growth and migration of many existing customers to the LS Central SaaS platform.

This is a crucial role to enable for all our partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance system performance and productivity for internal systems used within the department, such as Business Central, Power Apps, CRM, and other internal systems used.
- Consult with the department to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on system utilization and optimization.
- Document processes, quick guides, and test cases
- Participate in the initial testing phase of system developments, ensuring the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and departmental objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Business Central, such as consulting, and a deep understanding of system processes, table structure, and system flow.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and the ability to leverage its capabilities for developing efficient business solutions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technological advancements in the field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in scoping system development projects and participating in testing phases is highly desirable.
