**Job Scope**:
A Quality Assurance Specialist in HR Operations plays a critical role in ensuring that HR processes and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately. The job scope typically includes the following responsibilities and activities:
**Quality Assurance Process Development**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and guidelines for HR operations to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency of HR processes.

**Process Audits and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR transactions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.

**Data Accuracy and Integrity**:

- Verify the accuracy and integrity of HR data and records, including employee records, payroll information, benefits administration, and other HR-related documents.

**Quality Metrics Tracking**:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the quality and effectiveness of HR operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality standards and processes to enhance [Human Resources] operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and root causes of quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality meetings and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
- Work hand in hand with L&D Team to ensure operational excellence

**Key Competencies & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in [Human Resources] or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Coach or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
