**Job Summary**:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sampling plans and procedures for testing product quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining standards by verifying test results and audits that comply with food safety regulations and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
- Analyze possible reasons into process deviations and for product defects and quality lapses
- Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products and packaging.
- Develop product and process quality metric reports.
- Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes.
- Implement plans and strategies to support provision of safe food products.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.
- Handle quality and food safety related audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Microbiology, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in Food Quality Control
- Detailed oriented and problem solving skills
