**Job Scope**:

- The role is a key contributor for stabilizing the reliability of the lines in the factory through expediting the implementation of UMS tools & methodologies
- Digital control of process parameters (and attacking give away by fine tuning the process

**Job Main Responsibilities**:

- Eliminate Waste and Losses according to the UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Systems) prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies.
- Create Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line.
- Train line crews on technical standards and proper problem-solving techniques.
- Identify and extend good practice to other lines.
- Adopt Unilever Master apps (such as Build app/ NGTW & etc.) and train operators on new data collection tools
- Working directly with the line crews daily focusing on phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures.
- Lead projects to eliminate minor stoppages/ changeover time and other losses through advanced and major Kaizens.
- Analyze chronic losses through detailed Root cause analysis.
- Mange quick Kaizens with Blue collars (front liners) and train them on proper problem-solving techniques.
- Drive production cost savings through savings/ automation projects.
- Attack RMPM Waste by implementing the right counter measure.

**Job key Requirements & Qualifications**:

- University bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering
- 0 to 2 years of engineering experience
- FMCG/Manufacturing background is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Experience of working with Microsoft Power BI, Apps Development and any Cloud Systems will be a plus.
- Able to clearly understand operating principles and establish correct operating standards.
- Team player with excellent analytical skills and proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing process improvement.
