**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

2. Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

3. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members.

5. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.

6. Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

7. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by analyzing requirements, coordinating input from relevant stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive and compelling proposals.

8. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and support proposal development efforts.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience coordinating IT projects, preferably in a project management or coordination role.

3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Familiarity with responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and writing proposals.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

8. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From E£15,000.00 per month
