**Job Summary**:
The Sales Hiring and Development Lead will be responsible for leading the hiring and training of the sales team across Egypt, as well as developing and designing on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Sales Hiring and Training team across Egypt.
- Establish the eligibility criteria for hiring on-ground sales representatives.
- Work on partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Develop and design on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.
- Work on the sales operations payroll.
- Manage the intersection between the sales department and HR department.
- Participate in resource planning for the sales operations.
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for on-ground sales workforce retention, succession plan.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience of mass, blue collars hiring.
- Experience in different sourcing areas, such as referrals, social media, and job postings.
- Understanding of mass hiring methods and local employment regulations.
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle of sales representative hiring.
- Experience in training on-ground sales teams is a must.
- Superior verbal and written skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
