A leading Consultancy Group is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Specialist to help drive our growth and expand our client base. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients. You will conduct market analysis, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts and agreements, and track sales activities and results.

**Requirements**:

- Selling Business Consulting services depending on client segment.
- Generate data from available resources
- Attend internal and external meetings regarding closing deals.
- Follow up with the client till the deal is closed.
- Prepare all needed reports
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to
- identify new leads and potential new markets
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
