Role Description:
The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company's sales and expansion objectives.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends and assessing opportunities.
- Developing strategic partnerships with clients, developers, and contractors.
- Executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience and proficiency in lead generation and business development techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of market research and the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional handling of client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Educational background in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Interior Design
preferred. - Prior experience in
furniture sales, real estate, engineering consultancies, or construction companies
is a strong advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background in
furniture sales
is highly desired. - Exposure to
real estate developers, interior design consultancies, and contracting companies
is a plus. - Degree in
Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering
is preferred.
