**Responsibilities**:

- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement. Plan and execute employee recognition programs and initiatives.
- HR Policy Development: Review, develop, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and handle employee relations issues.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and individual development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers to improve performance and productivity.

- Follows up on employees’ attendance on daily and monthly basis and records data manually and on the relevant systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM, PHR) is Plus.
- Media or Marketing background is Plus
- Proven experience 3 To 5 Years.as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
