Design and Develop Training Programs:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective
learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning
modules, instructor-led sessions, workshops, and job aids.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create impactful
learning experiences.
- Incorporate adult learning principles to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and
enhance employee performance.
Training Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training
requirements across different departments and job roles.
- Analyze training needs data and provide recommendations for development
initiatives to address identified gaps.
- Regularly review and update training materials to ensure their relevance and
effectiveness.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring high-quality facilitation
and engaging delivery methods.
- Utilize a variety of training techniques, such as group discussions, case studies, role
- plays, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to gather feedback and measure the
effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage the training content library, ensuring it is up to date and accessible to
employees.
- Track employee training records and generate reports to measure training
effectiveness and compliance.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
ensure training programs align with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
on training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to
incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.**
Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational
Psychology, or a related field. TOT (Train the Trainer) certificate is a must.
- Proven work experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role
(+4 YOE).
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive
training materials.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training
sessions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation models.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective
relationships with employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct training needs assessments and analyze
training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other training-related software.
