**Your Role**:
Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing, deploying, and maintaining BI solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Designing and building dashboards and reports.
- Performing data analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with BI tools such as Incorta, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
- Proven experience in SQL and database management.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Incorta, Power BI).
- Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend).
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark (optional but beneficial).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Experience in statistical analysis and data mining.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
