Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
**Job Summary**:
At Envision Employment Solutions, we're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive growth. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, leading a talented team, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Proactively identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Consult with clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment and senior recruitment partners.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster a positive team culture.
- Performance Management:

- Track key performance metrics (time-to-fill, placement rate, client satisfaction) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process and improve performance.
- Talent Sourcing and Screening:

- Recruitment Process Management:

- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in team leadership.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.
- Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success with client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service with a great team;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines.
- Experience building and driving social media, other professional networks (like GitHub) and online recruiting campaigns.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Global recruitment experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workable) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thought leader that can drive talent decisions supported by data
- Self-directed, willing to experiment and not afraid to fail.
- Ability and willingness to meet and exceed goals in all activities;
