**What You'll Do**:
As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Associate, your role will be pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will drive the talent acquisition process from strategy to execution, ensuring we onboard professionals who share our vision and dedication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- **Data-Driven Recruitment**: Utilize market data and recruitment analytics to inform strategies, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Diversity & Inclusion**: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes to promote a broad and inclusive workforce.
- **Employer Branding**: Actively participate in employer branding efforts to enhance our presence and attractiveness as an employer on the global stage.
- **Onboarding & Integration**: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are well integrated into the team and culture.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Substantial experience 3+ years within Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global or multi-national environment
- Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of global talent markets and sourcing strategies.
- Proven track record of filling challenging roles across various geographies and functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people from varied backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Passion for innovation in recruitment, staying ahead of industry trends and tools.
