Security Change Manager

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates day-to-day execution of the process
- Identifying and implementing changes to the process
- Communicating new and changed policies
- Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed
- Identifying and implementing process improvement
- Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports, KPI’s
- Act as focal point for process, communicate with clients, service providers, and management
- Facilitate resolution of issues with items not complying with the process
- Following defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy
- Notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed
- Performing day to day process administration
- Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of the process
- Assists internal and external auditing of the process for compliance with documented procedures
- Chairs the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings

Technical skills:
- 5 years of work experience in IT/Telecom industry
- Good understanding of Service Management standards like ISO 20K
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework.

- Ability to identify -reactively pro-actively
- problems and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Ability to provide advice, coordination and leadership while in security crisis
- Excellent language skills: full professional level in both verbal and written English

- Having a strong character, can do attitude and possess a quality driven and customer focused mindset

**Additional information**:
The Security Change Manager oversees the lifecycle of all Changes requested to be applied on all services managed by Security department. The primary objective of the role is to ensure requested changes to be made, with minimum disruption to managed services. The role is primarily responsible for the overall quality of the Change Management process.
