**Description**:
MTC’s Economic and Social Development (ESD) division is seeking a national** Change Management Advisor**, for a GIZ-funded opportunity: Developing and establishing two Centres of Competence (CoC) in the construction and wood working/furniture sectors in Egypt.

The Change Management Advisor will support the Team Leader in overall design and management of the four work packages:

- Work package 1: CoC governance structures are set up and tailored to sectoral needs;
- Work package 2: TVETA master trainers and CoC teachers are capacitated, including the coordination of short-term experts.
- Work package 3: CoCs are equipped and prepared for training implementation
- Work package 4: The concept for CoC network schools is adapted and implemented

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Team Leader in the overall management of advisory/work packages in coordination with short-term experts.
- Promote a change management mindset throughout all work packages.
- Moderate/facilitate between ministerial and private sectors needs.
- Support other team members in developing outcome-oriented designs for processes and meetings.
- Support Board of Directors (BoD) members in fulfilling their role.
- Support the school management in successfully completing transformation to a Center of Competence.
- Develop a school network blueprint in concert with a TVET Advisor.
- Support the sector leads for construction and wood working/furniture; adapting the school network sector blueprints; and facilitate implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in corporate governance, corporate management, change management or organisational development;
- Knowledge of written modern standard Arabic, C1, spoken Egyptian Arabic, and English, C1, in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
- 8 years of professional experience in managing change processes in public organisations;
- 5 years of professional experience in managing public-private or multistakeholder partnerships;
- 3 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company;
- Professional certificate as a facilitator/moderator or coach.
