Head of Technical Managers - German Cluster is responsible for overseeing a team of technical managers within the German region. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to the technical managers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives in multiservice enviroment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical managers within the German cluster, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables specific to customers.
- Monitor project progress within the German cluster, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive measures to address them.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among technical managers.
- support professional development of team to ensure skill levels match both current and future operational and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the market to drive innovation within the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the implementation of best practices and process enhancements.
- Manage customer network integration and provide expertise to implement hybrid and customized solutions.

**votre profil**:

- Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or ten to twelve years equivalent network engineering experience.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong technical background in these areas:
Cisco & Juniper routing & switching, Nexus, Wireless LAN

Data Center Technology: ACI, DNA-C (SDA)

SD-WAN - Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Versa, Prisma

Core experience implementing networks (MLAN, WLAN, Riverbed, MPLS VPN, QOS, Routing Protocols, SDWAN).

knowledge of Ansible/Python Scripting and Linux will be preferred.

Cloud networking, including AWS and Azure (Direct Connect, express route, etc.)

Very good understanding of security concepts & solutions

Very good understanding of wireless solutions (Cisco, Fortinet)

Certifications in CCNP, CCIE R&S. NSE (Fortinet)
