**The opportunity**:
You will be required to educate and tailor each company to its own unique license requirements, overall making sure they are compliant with the current T's and C's of their contract.

**What you’ll do**:

- Contacting organizations within the UAE to understand their requirements surrounding software licenses
- License gap identification and new license requirement
- Assuring each organisation has the correct number of licenses for their current products used
- Customer support focused
- Revenue generation
- Nurture company's requirements
- Adherence to processes and standards consistent with industry operational frameworks: Planning Management, Relationship Management and Opportunity Management
- Continual training and development to ensure a good degree of knowledge of the client’s general product portfolio and a high degree of knowledge of the specific technology platform
- Ensure full customer satisfaction, always maintaining a high level of service

**Job details**:

- **Full time**:Monday to Friday
- **Hours**:7.5 working hours a day (09:00am until 17:30pm with 1 hr for lunch - UAE hours)
- **Location**:Remote, work from home
- **Contract type**: Self-employed
- **Language**:Fluent Arabic is a MUST

**Experience essential**:

- Customer Service or Support experience is a must
- Knowledge of working with a CRM
- Compliance and licensing experience is a MUST
- Background working in the technology industry again is advantageous but not essential

**Note**:
While the main responsibilities are outlined, this is not an exhaustive description. The role may require occasional work outside regular hours to ensure the department's smooth functioning.
