**About the role**:
Within OINIS, the head of Network Software Factory is responsible of leading the software development teams and set the team's strategy. The head is accountable for the successful delivery of Network software products, and managing a team of developers.

The Head of Network Software Factory is also responsible for: Managing department budgets and resources. Building and managing relationships with all the stakeholders.

The head of the network software factory missions are:

- Coordinate the deployment of the Network SW factory across OINIS
- Leading teams in working in an Agile environment
- Performance and line management of highly skilled teams
- Organize and improve the development processes in accordance with our internal and client requirements and standards
- Implement a fully automatic requirements platform
- Implement the quality assurance processes
- Implement a fully automatic sourcing platform
- Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities;
- Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of network software development projects;
- Identifying and implementing technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the business;

**About you**:
Ability to engage/ partner with internal staff as required and sometimes with customers

Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment

Ability to manage managers and to delegate effectively

Ability to manage costs

Ability to interface effectively with senior staff (M+1 level, CXO external)

Able to make quick and informed decisions within the delegated schedule of authority

E**ducation, qualifications, and certifications**

Engineering degrees

Business degrees

+15 Years IT or Telecommunications Leadership preferably managing multiple teams and transformational activities.

**Experience**

Solid experience in Budget and cost management

Strong & Proven experience in managing cross functional teams and escalation management

Strong & Proven leadership skills with ability to analyze problems & differing perspectives from various teams to develop agreements and action plans

Good experience in management (including Virtual team management and management of managers

Solid knowledge in network (design, technologies, scalability, redundancy )
