**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead creative strategies across digital marketing, web design, social media, video production, and branded content for both Gulf and Egyptian markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts align with client objectives and audience insights.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Lead client presentations and pitches, articulating creative ideas and solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep Micro Details at the forefront of the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Director, preferably within a digital agency setting, with a strong understanding of both Gulf and Egyptian markets.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaigns and innovative creative work across various platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to produce exceptional work.
- Expertise in digital platforms, user experience, design, and content creation.
- Proficiency in design and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
