**About the Role**

Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, with a mission to connect retailers and farmers with suppliers, offering a wide range of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. They aim to enhance the agricultural industry's digital connectivity, making it easier for farmers to access high-quality products at competitive prices.

As the **Group Art Director**, you will be at the forefront of their visual communication efforts across all five of our international offices. You will collaborate closely with teams across various regions, leading design initiatives, conducting photoshoots, and maintaining the highest standards in visual communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee the creative direction for all visual communications across multiple offices, ensuring a consistent and unified brand message globally.
- Lead and mentor the design team to create high-quality visuals that align with the company’s global brand strategy and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Take the initiative in creating innovative and visually compelling designs that set the company apart in the agricultural sector
- Plan and conduct photoshoots, oversee the production of visual content, and ensure consistency, high standards, and brand alignment across all visual outputs.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that creative outputs support and enhance the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company’s standards for quality and creativity.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple design disciplines, including graphic design, photography, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a creative team to achieve outstanding results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in conducting photoshoots and producing high-quality visual content, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative ideas to various stakeholders.
