**About Customer Experience**
The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
- Manage Mobile Business with NA customer (Telecom Egypt).
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to cutsomer concerns and needs
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Direct Customer interface
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Develop and implement effective strategic plans and goals to achieve sales objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact with the customer.
- Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Lead the E2E offering and necessary approvals through Nokia process.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with target.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
**Qualifications**
- Sales experience 5 years
- Wireless technology technical knowledge.
- Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Self-motivated, teamwork, customer focus, building strategic relationships.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources in constructive model
- Work under pressure and adhere to agreed deadlines.
