We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies and insights that will fuel MisMar’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and deliver actionable insights to support business objectives.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and business performance.
Develop advanced models and statistical analyses to uncover trends, optimize processes, and forecast future performance.
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define KPIs, measure impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and other tools.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and assess campaign effectiveness.
Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and impactful presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously explore and implement innovative ways to improve analytics processes and tools.

**Qualifications**
4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of the automotive or SaaS industries is a bonus.
