Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our OTA team and drive data-driven decision-making across product, pricing and marketing. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building scalable dashboards, forecasting trends, and supporting strategic initiatives for a premium OTA serving the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

Build automated dashboards in Power BI with daily/weekly KPIs.

Create clear and actionable reporting for Leadership and cross-functional teams.

Analyze user behavior across web and app funnels

Identify drop-off areas, conversion blockers, and opportunities to improve UX and personalization.

Work with Product to validate hypotheses, measure feature performance, and design A/B test metrics.

Build and maintain metrics that evaluate search relevance and efficiency.

Support pricing strategy using demand forecasting, seasonality patterns, and competition data.

Monitor supplier performance (availability and API success rate)

Provide insights for marketing planning, campaign ROI, CAC/LTV modeling, and retention.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across MySQL, GA4, CRM, and internal systems.

Support event tracking improvements and data governance initiatives.

Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for decision-makers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field

4–7+ years experience in analytics (experience in OTA or eCommerce is a huge plus).

Strong MySQL and ability to work with large datasets.

Expert in Power BI, building optimized dashboards from large tables.

Strong understanding of OTA metrics (conversion, CTR, room-night, cancellation rate).

Experience with GA4 or similar digital analytics tools.

Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical teams.

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong business sense, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
