Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Analyst position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, deriving insights, and producing reports to drive business decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing actionable strategies, and creating process improvements to enhance efficiency. Additional responsibilities include managing data visualization, forecasting trends, and providing recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Expertise in using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with process improvement and business strategy development
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Background in analytics, finance, or business-related fields; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in the BPO, CX, or related industries is an advantage
