Remote Operator for Australian Business Expanding

We are a young and friendly business originally in Australia for Pest Control services and we are expanding in UK. Our commitment to providing permanent solutions and our focus on service and quality allow us to dominate the industry with superior service standards.

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused inbound phone operator to work remotely helping to deal with day-to-day operations within a nationwide British pest control business.

This role would be within UK working ho/urs and would also be ideal for someone with a customer care background. This role would start on a subcontract basis.

The company offer a very relaxed and flexible environment and the position would be on a full-time basis working five days per week with attractive commissions and bonus incentives on top of the base pay.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with technicians/Sales for the required jobs.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Native/Fluent English is essential.
- Good internet connection.
- Customer service will be highly recommended.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.

Job Qualifications:

- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- 9 hours including 1 hour break - shifts during 8:00am to 7:00pm (UK time)
