**About the role**:
Ensure end to end alignment of the operational model and improvement initiatives across practices in the region

Lean, Reliable & Robust Model

Contribute to improve handover processes between Build and Run on the customer contracts and particular services & solutions

Improved Customer Satisfaction & Business Growth

Set up & drive concrete initiatives to increase collaboration and process cooperation with all stakeholders (e.g. MSC’s, GPO’s, BU’s etc.)

Improved Collaboration, Agility & Simplification

Manage with Finance the budget preparation and Unit Cost/Financial improvements plans

Meet Budget & Financial objectives

Implement initiatives across practices with a specific focus on unit costing methodology

Improve Unit Costs (OTC) Trend

Identify process misalignment / gap & drive through GPOs org. necessary improvements

Reliable & Effective Processes

Prepare and support the monthly business reviews

Ensure Reporting as needed

Drive region value proposition supporting sales engagement. Ensure GDO expertise well known within Pre-sales & sales channel and correctly positioned in sales opportunity

Business Growth & Profitability

Manage Performance & Improvement plans

Meet Performance Objectives

Benchmark operational efficiency between countries and support them to implement best in class practices when required

Share & implement best practices

Support countries to manage their activities in an anticipation mode rather than a reactive mode

Define People Development plans to be ready for the future

Ensure Business is conducted in Compliance applicable laws and Anti-Corruption policies

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Maintain healthy & friendly work environment

Manage Regional Vendors

Ensure best Vendor Performance & Compliance

Delegate for the Head of the Region in various project/activities

Accept & Manage Delegation for certain tasks
