**Quantity Surveyor - Remote Work for Australian Landscape Construction Company**

Green Fern a leading Australian landscape construction company, is seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our project estimating, working remotely while collaborating closely with our Australian-based team.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications for landscaping projects.
- Conduct take-offs and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accurate cost estimation.
- Prepare detailed quotes for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy.
- Review project amendments and revise BOQs and quotes accordingly.
- Communicate and collaborate proffessionaly with our clients' construction teams.
- Work closely with the project management team and lead estimator, contributing timely and accurate BOQ and project details.

**Job Requirements**
- 4 year minimum previous experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating in the landscaping, civil, or construction industries.
- Proficient in scoping construction drawings, conducting take-offs, and preparing detailed BOQs with high accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying potential issues or discrepancies.
- Excellent Englisg communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience working with an Australian or American company is preferred but not essential.
- Landscape, Civil, and/or Construction Quantity Surveyor or Estimation background.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
