**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Checking/verifying for pre/post tender all the measurements/ quantities & highlight any deviations to Management

**Required Skills**:

- Language Proficiency, Computer Proficiency
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Knowledge of analyzing the Quantity as per the drawings
- Estimations, Quantity takeoff, Time Management.
- Experience in using CAD software or similar
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same field
- Bachelor's (required) BS- Civil Engineering/ BS in Quantity Surveying
