Realty Simplified LLC is a Real Estate Solutions Firm that buys and sells properties throughout Houston. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and then renovate and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords.

We are seeking an enthusiastic “A-Player” to join our sales team. Must be energetic, positive, assertive and a self-motivated person. The role is to prequalify potential sellers of homes. The more information we are able to gather related to their story (motivation, timeline, specifics of home, condition of home, pricing), and the better it is documented, the better the chance our account reps will be able to secure the contract during their phase. Lastly, this position needs to identify and recognize sellers' motivation so that we can beat our competition with speed and credibility. Scheduling appointments, especially those with above average motivation, quickly, allows us to prevent competitive situations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of sales representatives who make phone calls to prequalify potential home sellers.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions (Q&A) to enhance team performance and optimize strategies.
- Track team performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with potential sellers, understanding their motivation, home condition, and pricing needs.
- Schedule appointments for high-motivation sellers, ensuring speed and credibility to beat the competition.
- Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement within the team.
- Quickly build rapport over the phone with a friendly and disarming conversational voice. A proven leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Display confidence in our company and process, being able to project that confidence over the phone.
- An excellent communicator, both on the phone and in team settings.
- Control and direct the conversation to gather necessary information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage CRM systems effectively.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and results-driven.
- Persistent and curious, with a strong desire to uncover details and close deals.
- Experienced in phone sales and able to handle high call volumes.
- Proficient in data entry and CRM systems.
- Knowledgeable about the Houston, TX area or willing to learn quickly.
- Persistent - doesn’t give up, wants to make someone out of everything, doesn’t let things die.
- Self-motivated - has a burning desire to succeed. This desire typically allows for those who will own their position and not need prompting to find things to do.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in sales or real estate.
- Experience conducting coaching or training sessions to develop team members.
- Availability to handle up to 100 calls per week and work from home in a quiet environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including answering calls while managing CRM data.
- A smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
- Learn quickly and take constructive feedback
- Know the Houston, TX area or be willing to learn it
- Phone calls must be answered live

- Multi-Task (Must be able to answer the phone while managing the CRM)
- Organized and task oriented

Computer Requirements: 8 gigs of RAM, 15 mbps Internet Speed, USB Wired Headset, Hardwired Internet, Standard Desktop/laptop

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£70,000.00 per month
