**Purpose of the job**

Lead the activities of Design, Implement and Continuous Improvement of the Security Controls for Orange EG Products & Services, and Insure the Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability of Orange EG Critical Systems.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Act as a technical reference in technical security for the TIS and other Technology teams.
- Handle the complexity and large business volume of cross departmental projects.
- Contribute to setting the budget estimate related to technical security foreseen needs.
- Help is coaching and developing new comers in security engineering area.
- Perform deep risk assessment on any new system to identify the level of risk, security gap, and needed security controls.
- Align security roadmap with business objectives to insure proper risk assessment and control selection.
- Setting the standards to insure the protection of confidential information, including customer data protection and corporate trade secrets.
- Contribute to fraud analysis as being requested from other departments.
- Provide information and advise on security risks related to complex projects/changes/systems, to help management make informed decisions.
- Always updated with new technologies and market trends and their associated risks.
- Remain at cuting edge knowledge of new Threats and vulnerabilities of information systems and new defense technologies.
- Make sure the security policies and standards are aligned with the group objectives and new threats and market needs.
- Work with security vendors to test and evaluate new security technologies to insure an up to date defense controls.
- Lead and manage the implementation of new cross-platform security solutions.
- Build strong cross-organizational relationships and effectively influence staff across the technology organization and the broader enterprise.
- Act as a reference in managing the life cycle of all security technologies.
- Maintains an expert and wide knowledge in the fields of Information security, Mobile Telecommunications, and Internet Technologies.
- Capable of orchestrate wide range of security and data protection technologies and controls into a cohesive architecture that sufficiently mitigate risk to the company.
- Exhibit deep Knowledge of emerging technologies including but not limited to Cloud services, Big Data, and Internet of Things (IoT) and the requirements to secure them.
- Demonstrate experience with the applicable control frameworks and compliance mandates including PCI-DSS, SOX, NTRA mandates.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- University degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Master degree would be a plus.
- Fluently reading and writing in English language..
- Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, TOGAF, SABSA and/or CISM are highly preferred

**Experience**
- 8-12 Years In Telecommunication/IT Position of which at least 6 years in Information Security Field.
- Expert knowledge in the Telecom industry and its security posture.
- Experience in leading complex security projects.
