**About the role**

Flat6labs Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of administrative operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the Egypt office.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, facilities, vendors, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee administrative staff and coordinate office activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the company standards and regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters such as building management, mail, deliveries, and supplies. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

**Team Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Flat6Labs teams.
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, transport, visas).
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.

**Event & Meeting Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including team off-sites, board meetings, and client visits. Manage logistics for events such as venue bookings, catering, and materials preparation.

**Financial Support**
- Support light bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience, at least 5 years, as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, calendar apps).
- Experience handling travel arrangements and calendar management for senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.

**Bonus if You Have**:

- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Notion, Clickup).
