Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, collections, and payments.
  • Handle petty cash, employee expense claims, and financial settlements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
  • Issue and review invoices, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
  • Prepare and track company and departmental budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting (office-based preferred).
  • Proficient in
    QuickBooks
    and
    Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
