ACO is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Accountant
. The ideal candidate will have at least
3 years of experience
in AR functions, including invoicing, customer credit management, and collection follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices on time.
  • Process customer credit notes and ensure proper documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor aging reports and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to AR.
  • Maintain updated customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, and collection processes.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
