Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve account-related queries and issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Generate regular financial reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
