As IoT Connect Marketing Operation Manager:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing operational communication plans and programs to help our Sales channels, to increase customer interest and demand for IoT Connect products and services.
- Be pivotal role within the IoT Connectivity Product Marketing team, focused on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Operational Marketing processes, communication, technology communication if needed (In that case, the technical content comes from our Product Managers), and related metrics.
- Work with Vendors / Agencies / Marketing Experts, when necessary, to deliver physical manufacture and delivery of marketing materials and assets, materials, product launches / updates to internal clients / Sales channels and indirectly/indirectly to our B2B customers.
- Negotiate contract for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
- Formulate communication strategy, improve performance, procure material, request / justify resources and securing compliance.
- Be ready to mentor / listen to / share with / collaborate in a constructive manner with the Product Managers of the IoT Connect Product Marketing team on Operational Marketing activities and plans, finds ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels when agreed jointly.
- Study and analyze the market(s): customers, competition, partnerships and ecosystem.
- Help and assist to define, launch and communicate on offers (Offers are owned by Product Managers), possibly advice on how to make them more attractive and differentiating, depending on the targeted customer segments (from startups in France to multinational companies in France and abroad), and in compliance with the Legal/Regulatory framework.
- Co-build the IoT Connectivity Communication Plan with the Regions and Sales channels, with a strong support and key content from our Product Manager, contribute/drive to the content of lead generation campaigns on IoT aspects. Build and validate the communication plans made to customers about IoT Connect offers, consistent with our qualitative/quantitative ambitions of the Strategic Plan.
- Help and support on the Go-To-Market (What to sell, Where to sell it, How to sell it, Who to sell it to) on the products when possible, by developing associated marketing plans.
¿ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, surveying customers, and evaluating outcomes.
- Helps anticipating, based on feedback from Product Managers and Channels, on customer problems by helping to train telemarketing service representatives, with the right Product Managers, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, and answering questions.
- Keeps Management (N+1 and N+2 levels) informed by sharing updates on initiatives on a regular basis, preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information and making recommendations.
**Votre profil**:
Experience in marketing offers or products (Based on content coming from Product Managers, who still own their offer definition and detailed description, especially as part of our internal TTM process, also in good collaboration with Sales and Operational Marketing such as Channels, IB, Business Lines incl. SMS BL)
- +12 years experience in marketing, and Experience in digital marketing techniques and associated tools.
- You are recognized for your creativity and able to propose innovative approaches.
- fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge about Internet of Things and working in a technical environment.
- Strong customer orientation, customer-minded (internally and externally)
- Ability to listen and lead in good collaboration with the IoT ecosystem.
- Very good communication skills (oral and written). Owning the formatting and impactful aspects of presentations, videos, othersbased on Product Managers’ inputs and well-described needs)
- Tenacity and conviction to bring together the resources essential to the good management of services. Especially in a matricidal / transversal approach.
