Manager Customer Solution Architects

Within Orange Business, the Global Platform & Services entity supports business customers in France and internationally and other operational entities of Global Delivery & Operations (GDO) in growth areas by guaranteeing the integration of solutions from start to finish. Our entity provides all Orange stakeholders with the expertise, support and innovation necessary for the design, deployment and operation of solutions.

Within incubation, our objective is to lead technological anticipation initiatives to support our Large Account and Corporate clients and operational teams towards new services and uses.

The team works for the French and international scope, with rich multicultural exchanges on a daily basis.

***Missions**

We are looking for a manager for a team specializing in fixed and mobile network expertise, through WAN / SD WAN solutions and their automation one hand and on the mobile network connectivity / mobile core network solutions for IoT and MPN on the other hand.

The team is also responsible for the Pre-Sales qualification of solutions designed, deployed and operated by GDO.

In collaboration with our sales and engineering teams, your mission will be to lead the team into innovative areas and the construction of Connectivity, Cloud and Cybersec solution offers under construction.

Our objective is to lead technological anticipation initiatives to support our Large Account and Corporate clients and operational teams towards new services and uses.

The team works for the French and international scope, with rich multicultural exchanges on a daily basis.

**Operational management**:
O Represent the Incubation, Innovation and Early Delivery department within the MSC IOO

O Ensure a collective spirit within the team and the incubation department

O Contribute to employee skills development plans

O Contribute to the development of the value offer supported by the team / department

O Participate in periodic employee interviews with the **functional manager**

O Participate in business growth and associated recruitment

**Local support & project management**:
He/She is hierarchically responsible for the employees making up the division.

Ability to organize the local team with matrix management scope while the functional manager will be responsible for the activities, performance & development need of the employees and this local manager needs to facilitate the local support required for the team.

He/She also would contribute on some projects of incubation:
1. IaC NetDevOps Platform

2. Tooling Evolution

3. Portfolio of connectivity offers (with Product & Marketing)

4. PoC or billable customer projects (Typically innovative SD WAN)

Activities to support and promote:
You work with the team in the areas of IoT connectivity, MPN, SDN, SD-WAN and associated NetDevOps methodology.

- Very good knowledge & experience of MSC IOO (organization, roles & responsibilities, ways of working, HR practices,).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
