**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Branch Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans and strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the overall company branding and strategic goals.
- Analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify marketing opportunities.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the branch's marketing team.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure the team delivers high-quality results.
- Provide regular performance feedback and facilitate professional development.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, and corporate marketing) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage the marketing budget for the branch, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and provide regular reports on marketing ROI.
- Make data-driven decisions to maximize budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, local partners, and community influencers.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and other community outreach opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers and community members to improve marketing efforts and product offerings.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Prepare regular reports on the branch’s marketing performance, including key metrics such as sales growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**:
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Maintain a positive brand image in the local market through strategic public relations efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Branch Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and developing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
