- **Strategy & Leadership**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, implement, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- **Market Research**: Analyse market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Lead Generation**: Design and manage campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, operations and other associated teams and department to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **Event Management**: Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and analytics tools.
- **Partnership Management**: You will manage the relations with marketing departments with other entities, companies and/or sister companies to jointly delivery large campaigns and programs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in a marketing role, with at least 1 year managing campaigns or teams and preferably in a fast-paced environment
- **Skills**: Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM software), social media platforms, and analytics.
- **Shining Star**: well versed with social media platforms( facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter and Linkedin) knows their style, engagement methods and able to create creative and engaging content.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Creativity**: Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- **Organization**: Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
- **Language**:Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- **Personnel**:

- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Attention to design flaws, errors, improvements, etc
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate to hit soaring career progression in record time.
