**Role purpose**:
To deliver first class marketing communication activities (ATL/ BTL/Social Media ) for the segment in charge of, along with the understanding / contribution of the communication Planning and implementation of it
Maintains develop and deliver commercial communications via the execution of effective advertisement and communications announcements to enhance and promote Vodafone’s products and services and Build the Brand image and perception in the market.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Lead on the development of innovative, creative and inspiring consumer product and services communication initiatives in support of the overall Brand strategy, through development and management of relationships with external ATL and BTL advertising and media agencies.
- Ensures an effective alliance with marketing segments to excel in the delivery of commercial communication strategies through the management of team members to deliver against plans and strategy.
- Support on the advertising budget; planning and budget consumption related to all the commercial ATL, BTL advertising campaigns.
- Create clear points of change in communications strategy dialogue and delivers proactive solutions to future communication challenges

- Develop long-term communication strategy for the assigned segments
- Provide strategic thought leadership within the communications area to ensure the delivery of the annual objectives
- Lead the relevant market segment with relevant stakeholders to deliver growth in NPS, market share and revenues.
- Customer/Third parties (agencies)- On-going assessment and monitoring of third party suppliers and their contribution in the development of our communication strategies
- Ensure that all third party services are delivered against confirmed objectives and to best value for the company

Communication- Assure proper alignment process and workflow with all stakeholders
- Develop clear measurement and reporting processes for projects
- Creating the right campaign to make VF the most admired brand

**Key performance indicators**
- Impact on NPS and product delivery success; creating outstanding products and market breakthroughs.
- Develop mechanisms and processes to ensure that communications strategy function is aligned to other areas of Global structure in ensuring that proactive approach to new developments is integrated into communications planning
