Marketing Communications Executive

The Marketing Communications Executive will play a key role in developing and executing our UHI marketing strategies. They will be responsible for developing and branding internal and external presentation decks, sales kits, support documents as well as, writing and editing marketing content, and coordinating marketing communications efforts across different teams and departments.
The role will be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns and materials that will help drive our business and increase our brand awareness. **Key Responsibilities**
The Marketing Communications Executive will be a key player in the company’s marketing team and will be responsible for driving the company’s B2B marketing efforts forward. They will work closely with other teams to ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s overall strategy and goals. They will also be responsible for identifying new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences and increase brand awareness.
This includes but is not limited to:

- Managing and updating the company’s website and social media accounts
- Coordinating marketing communications efforts across different teams and departments
- Collaborating with other members of the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Creating and maintaining a content calendar
- Helping to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies
- Assisting with event planning and execution
- Measuring and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns
- Managing and write blog posts
- Prepare internal and external branded presentation decks
- Developing key messaging and positioning for products and services
- Creating marketing collateral such as brochures and case studies
- Identifying and implementing new marketing channels to reach target audiences
- Assisting with budget management and campaign tracking
- Participating in industry events and networking opportunities
- Continuously staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

**Key Measures**
- Content creation: Number of blog posts, articles, or other pieces of content created per month or quarter.
- Conversion rate: Number of website visitors who convert into customers.
- Quality of leads: Number of qualified leads generated by the marketing initiatives.
- Presentation decks: Quality of internal and external branded presentation decks created and delivered.

**Essential Qualifications & Knowledge**
- Strong writing and editing skills: The ability to create compelling and effective marketing content is essential for this role.
- B2B marketing experience: A background in B2B marketing is crucial for understanding the specific needs and challenges of the target audience.
- Strong project management skills: The ability to coordinate and execute multiple marketing initiatives at once is essential.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work independently: The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for managing their own workload and should be able to work independently and with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of travel industry: Understanding the travel industry and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents is a plus.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making: The ability to measure and analyse the success of marketing campaigns and use data to inform future decisions is important.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other teams and departments is essential.
- Experience with design and presentation software: The ability to create visually appealing and effective presentation decks is important.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language is a must
