**About the role**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement marketing communications strategies that align with the overall business goals of the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and manage the budget for marketing communications.
- Act as the representative of the marketing communications team to internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Demonstrate a track record of designing and implementing prosperous marketing campaigns.
- Possess a solid comprehension of marketing principles and best practices.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and HubSpot.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- From 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, specifically emphasizing loyalty programs.
