- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and business analysts, to identify data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
- Build and deploy predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support business forecasting and planning activities.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management and governance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms, including regression analysis, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Additional Information**
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience of contributing to proposal writing, presentations, and pre-sales activities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of AI/ML.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in Cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, preferably in a software or technology environment.
