Egypt (Sadat) - Supply Chain - On-site - Leaders **ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Lead to join our team at (Coca-Cola HBC, Assiut plant) a leading beverage production plant. As an Environmental Lead you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, implementing sustainable practices, and promoting a culture of environmental responsibility within our organization. **ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with each company policies, ISO 14001 Standard, and local regulations. - Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. - Manage waste disposal and recycling programs to minimize environmental impact. - Implement strategies to reduce energy and water consumption and promote sustainability. - Provide training and education to staff on the best environmental practices and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to address environmental concerns and maintain positive relationships. - Investigate and resolve environmental incidents or complaints in a timely manner. - Continuously evaluate and update environmental policies and procedures to reflect in the industry the best practices and regulatory changes. - Lead initiatives to promote environmental awareness and corporate social responsibility within the organization and the community. - Lead the team to implement the initiative projects to achieve the company vision of decreasing the Co2 Emissions to decrease global warming. **ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS** - Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering, Science, Agriculture) is Must - Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental management or related field, preferably in FMCG industries. - Proficiency in Microsoft office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Knowledge of the ISO 14001 certification process - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements **HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU** - You’ll have a buddy who will introduce you to the business, your daily routines during your onboarding period. - International career opportunities: As a large and expanding company, we offer unique opportunities for role changes and enriching experiences and capabilities, including cross-functional transitions and international assignments. - 4 unique core values: Customer first, We over I, Make it simple and Deliver sustainably form the foundation of a robust culture that enables continuous and sustainable growth. - Competitive remuneration and social package **ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM** We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
