Egypt (Sadat) - Supply Chain - On-site - Experienced Professionals **ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity. - Implement PM schedule tasks and do the SAP Work Order process. - Responsible for reporting breakdowns and Root cause analysis. - Responsible for reducing breakdown times and increase lines SLE. - Responsible for preparing overhauling spare parts, critical parts and stock monitoring. - Implement energy saving projects. - Responsible for implement electrical and HSE policies and programs. - Achieve plant KPIs, especially Engineering ones. - Deploy strategies in reliability that build maintenance and technician capabilities. - Develop a team to handle day-to-day operational issues and reach short - and long-term performance goals. - Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues. - Builds people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line. - Motivate team members to achieve plan goals. - Administer policies and procedures. - Regular and predictable attendance at the work site. - Prioritize work requests. - This role requires regular presence on the plant floor. - This role will require off-shift and some weekend work. **ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS** - Bachelor’s degree in electric engineering. - Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project. - 3+ years of FMCG operations maintenance experience preferred; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred. - Electric experience maintaining equipment preferred Krones, Sidel lines. - Understanding of PLC programming (S7, Wincc, Tia portal). - Installing and repairing all electric components ( AC, DC, and servo motors and drives). - Good Experience in maintaining Utilities Equipment (Chillers, and Air and ammonia Compressors). - TPM good knowledge. - Working on shifts. - Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. - Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making. - Shown ability to excel in a results-oriented, challenging environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others. - Effective mentoring, facilitation, presentation, and team building skill **HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU** - You’ll have a buddy who will introduce you to the business, your daily routines during your onboarding period. - International career opportunities: As a large and expanding company, we offer unique opportunities for role changes and enriching experiences and capabilities, including cross-functional transitions and international assignments. - 4 unique core values: Customer first, We over I, Make it simple and Deliver sustainably form the foundation of a robust culture that enables continuous and sustainable growth. - Competitive remuneration and social package **ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM** We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
