Egypt (Sadat)- Supply Chain- On-site- Leaders-**ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB** - Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality, and legal compliance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN Manufacturing, Problem solving tolls and Zero Loss Analysis. - Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet KPIs. - Ensure alignment of production and logistics with corporate goals and customer expectations. 2. SHEQ Leadership (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) - Champion a “Safety First” culture across the plant. - Lead SHEQ programs and ensure compliance with our company and local regulations. - Promote behavioral-based safety and risk reduction strategies. - Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., unions, authorities). 3.
