Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, offering the company’s services, and completing sales professionally.
**Responsibilities**:
Make daily phone calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote the company's products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Update and document customer details in the database.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (university degree is preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (experience in Telesales is an added advantage).
**Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to build customer relationships.
Organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office and CRM software).
Personality:
Commitment to teamwork.
Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
