We are looking for a passionate, creative, pro-active** AP Supervisor** who is result-driven, self-organized and motivated person. We want someone who can prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines,

**What will you do?**
- You will be actively supervising the AP team Performance
- You will be developing SMART KPIs for SSC AP team and provide them support for their achievement
- You will be following up and give guidanceto the AP team for all open disputes in the AP
- You will be looking for the opportunities to improve the AP process possibly bringing the automations
- You will be actively Liaising with vendors to ensure SOAs are frequently reviewed and reconciled
- you will be coordinating with Internal departments to ensure effective closure of all open issues
- You will be ensuring the team adheres to the reporting timelines
- You will be ensuring monthly reporting is effectively managed

Strong communications skills

Ability to manage the team

Good in speaking and writing Arabic and English language

Ability to identify the process deficiencies and provide possible solutions to it

Ability to meet the reporting timelines
