**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative & Office Management**:
- Organize and maintain records, schedules, and office documentation.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the **Executive Director**.
**2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials.
**3. Sales & Client Coordination**:
- Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals and client communications.
**4. HR & Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and manage employee contracts and maintain HR records.
**5. Finance & Bookkeeping**:
- Assist with financial records, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of transactions.
**6. Personal Assistance to the Executive Director**:
- Handle confidential business and personal matters.
- Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and other executive tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and decision-making support.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field**.
- Previous experience in **administration, procurement, or finance** is preferred.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Ability to **work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently**.
Pay: E£4,000.00 - E£5,000.00 per month
