Company Description

Egy Crete, established in 2017 as part of the Gabriel Group, is a leading manufacturer of cement products in Egypt. The company operates 3 large factories with 5 production lines, leveraging the latest German technological advancements. With an annual production capacity of 12 million meters, Egy Crete specializes in interlock, curbstones, and cement bricks, producing products capable of withstanding up to 550 kilograms of pressure. Egy Crete is a key contributor to Egypt's national infrastructure projects, including the New Administrative Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Secretary will handle clerical tasks, manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, and provide administrative support to executives. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional communications.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Track and control official documents, revisions, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely circulation of documents and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills for organizing documents, maintaining records, and managing schedules effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal team members.
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Customer Service skills to professionally handle inquiries and requests.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in office software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
