**What you’ll do**:

- Role purpose:
- Full responsibility of capacity Acquisition that needed to serve our network expansion and maintain TE relationship management ensuring best network quality and best customer experience.
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Responsible for TX Resources for both mobile & Fixed networks.
- TE relationship management
- Customer Experience & Network Performance.
- Keep accurate DB for network resources and handle cancellations on time.
- Manage & align all project activities across different stakeholders.
- Ensure that all processes and SLAs are properly set to serve our internal and external customers with speed and simplicity.
- Sending yearly forecast for capacity needed to TE.
- Prepare dashboard for Netwok capacity performance needed for management
- Monitor capacity receiving VS Forecast (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
- Update and follow-up on the time schedule of project to ensure that the job is finalized within the planned time frame.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecom field.
- Good Project Management Skills & Experience
- Full understanding of network demands/needs and flexibility.
- Work in harmony with Agile practices
- Creative thinking to provide out of the box solutions
- Good Stakeholder management capabilities
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Self-motivation and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to learn and self-study

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in TE & VFE network topology requirements.

**Who you are**:

- Assists, advises and executes tasks related to Network transformation decisions, related to the planning, deployment and optimization of Networks and service enablers to support the achievement of the Network strategy;
- Drives the delivery of the development and assessment of Network systems / services and optimisation in line with the principles, standards and designs;
- Contributes to projects, within the roadmap, taking into account the directional guidance of the strategic (1 -3 year) plan, managing risks, escalations and exceptions, and complex interfaces;
- Maintains solid relations and works closely with suppliers, Technology vendors and internal functions;
- Demonstrates solid communication skills and works with the senior leaders of other Network functions and other key stakeholders to ensure development is undertaken in line with the overall strategy and architecture and is fit for deployment;
- Uses best practice knowledge across the Network landscape, instigating and leading projects form a Network perspective that improve Network integration effectiveness;
- Understands the needs and supports the design, planning, deployment and optimization across the Network Development and Engineering area;
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
